Oschadbank files claim against Russia with ECRH

KYIV. Dec 9 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The state-owned Oschadbank (Kyiv) on December 8 completed expert legal work on the damage caused by Russia and filed a claim against the Russian Federation with the European Court of Human Rights (ECRH), the bank’s press service reported on Friday.

According to the report, as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation, Oschadbank suffered damage, in particular, many of its branches were destroyed and damaged, and the bank itself suffered significant losses.
