Ukraine is under martial law due to Russia’s aggression.
A meeting of the Contact Group on the Defense of Ukraine in the Ramstein format will be held in Germany. NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg is to participate in the meeting and meet with Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov and other high-level officials.
At 0900, a briefing on the model of the 2023 university entering campaign in wartime will start at the Education and Science Ministry of Ukraine (10 Peremohy Avenue). Accreditation is closed. The event will be streamed on Facebook page and YouTube channel of the ministry.
At 1000, an online international conference on the subject: "Implementation of Rule of Law Principle: Role of Supreme Court in Modern Conditions" will start. The event was previously postponed due to a missile attack on Ukraine on December 16, 2022. Head of the Supreme Court Vsevolod Kniazev will deliver a speech at the conference. Participants also include Secretary General of the Council of Europe Marija Pejčinović Burić, President of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) Síofra O’Leary, judge of the ECHR from Ukraine Mykola Hnatovsky, President of the German Federal Court of Justice Bettina Limperg, and others.
