Ukraine sees more than 2,000 new cases of COVID-19, 1,253 recoveries, 66 deaths over past day – Health Ministry
KYIV. Aug 27 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Ukraine, as of Friday morning, recorded 2,032 new cases of COVID-19, while 1,253 people recovered, and 66 people died, the press service of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine said.
"Over the past day on August 26, 2021, some 2,032 new confirmed cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19 have been recorded in Ukraine (of which there are 127 children and 46 health workers). Also, over the past day, 838 people were hospitalized, 66 people died and 1,253 people recovered," said the Ministry of Health of Ukraine on the Telegram channel.
