We have consulted with the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine and decided that we want to send this money for the support to a Ukrainian manufacturer and buy Ukrainian weapons, as well as produce Ukrainian Stuhna-P missile systems," she said at a press conference hosted by the military media center on Tuesday.
In turn, Deputy Defense Minister of Ukraine Hanna Maliar said that the 2022 national budget provided UAH 131 billion for defense, however, expenditures in the sphere increased after Russia’s full-scale invasion.
