Kuleba: Ukraine has enough abundant info on how Russia militarizing Crimea
KYIV. Aug 26 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Ukraine has enough information about how Russia is militarizing Crimea, in particular, it is known that Russia has deployed potential carriers of nuclear weapons on the peninsula, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said.
"When it comes to control over the militarization of Crimea, then, of course, we see that how it is happening in Crimea, how Crimea has been turned into a large military base. And we know that potential carriers of nuclear weapons, in particular ships equipped with the Kalibr cruise missile have already been deployed on the peninsula. We have enough information about what is happening. Our task now is to strengthen our own armed forces and strengthen allied actions in the Black Sea to contain Russia. This is the first step. And the next step will be the withdrawal of Russia from Crimea," Kuleba said at an online briefing on Thursday.
