Kharkiv Turbogaz significantly reduces net profit in 2022

KYIV. March 21 (Interfax-Ukraine) – JSC Turbogaz (Kharkiv), a manufacturer of equipment for the oil and gas industry of Ukraine, ended 2022, according to preliminary data, with a net profit of UAH 170,000, while a year earlier it was UAH 12.35 million.

According to the information on the agenda of a general meeting of shareholders of the company scheduled for April 24, based on the results of work in 2021 and 2022, published in the system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, retained earnings at the beginning of this year amounted to UAH 241.63 million, slightly increased over the year.

Net profit per ordinary share amounted to almost UAH 0.04 against UAH 2.915 in 2021.

The shareholders do not plan to distribute the net profit.

According to Turbogaz, its assets by January 1, 2023 amounted to UAH 352.98 million, which is 12% less than on the same date in 2022, including total receivables decreased by 17.6%, to UAH 262.2 million, inventories increased by 32.6%, to UAH 55.59 million, cash decreased by 11%, to UAH 6.79 million.

Turbogaz reduced current liabilities by 34.8%, to UAH 90.54 million, no long-term liabilities arose.

JSC Turbogaz is a developer and manufacturer of turbo expander equipment for the oil and gas industry and oil and gas field equipment.
