Ichnya Condensed Milk Company ends 2022 with net profit of UAH 105.9 mln

KYIV. March 29 (Interfax-Ukraine) – PJSC Ichnya Condensed Milk Company (ICMC, Chernihiv region) saw a net profit of UAH 105.9 million in 2022 versus UAH 7.869 million of net loss in 2021.

According to an announcement of holding a remote meeting scheduled for April 28, this made it possible to reduce accumulated losses to UAH 9.9 million by the end of last year and negative capital to UAH 98.9 million.

The enterprise’s assets in 2022 grew by 10.3% to UAH 558.8 million due to the growth of accounts receivable by 30.8% to UAH 352.99 million, while fixed assets fell by 5.9% to UAH 136.63 million and reserves by 22.3% to UAH 66.17 million.

Last year, the plant managed to reduce noncurrent liabilities by 11.9% to UAH 142.7 million and current liabilities by 6.1% to UAH 515 million, and at the end of the year its free cash reached UAH 2.7 million versus UAH 5.1 million a year earlier.

According to the agenda, the shareholders are invited to decide on the non-payment of dividends and use profits to cover losses and future development.

According to information in the National Securities and Stock Market Commission’s disclosure system, at the end of 2022, Proviant owned 52.6247% of the shares, Inter Way Capital 34.9997%, and Maryna Kinakh 9.9999%.

Ichnya Condensed Milk Company, according to information on its website, occupies about 25% of the domestic market in the segment of its products and exports it to 38 countries. Its brands are Ichnya, MamaMilla and Milada.
