Govt approves appointment of acting head of Ukrinterenergo
KYIV. Jan 16 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine temporarily entrusted the duties of director of the state enterprise for foreign economic activity Ukrinterenergo to Dmytro Kotliarenko, who is the deputy director for economics and finance of the enterprise.
The corresponding decision is enshrined in decree No. 25-r of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated January 13, 2023, the text of which was published on the government portal.
Ukrinterenergo has been headed by Vasyl Andriyenko since December 2014.
Ukrinterenergo has been performing the function of the "last resort" supplier in the electricity market since January 1, 2019 and was determined by the government on a non-competitive basis. It is under the control of the Ministry of Economy.
