Number of people hurt in explosions at military unit in southern Kazakhstan rises to 60
TARAZ. Aug 26 (Interfax) – Sixty people have been hospitalized with injuries caused by explosions at a military unit in the Zhambyl region in southern Kazakhstan, the press service for the regional administration said.
"Sixty people, including 11 servicemen (personal data is being updated), have been hospitalized at City Hospital No. 1 in the city of Taraz," the press service said.
It was earlier reported that 32 people had been hurt.
