Entrepreneur from Kyiv buys Caris Rail Strila
KYIV. Aug 26 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Entrepreneur Roman Kazanko, registered in Kyiv, has acquired 89.7892% of the charter capital of PrJSC Caris Rail Strila (formerly Strila crane building firm, Brovary, Kyiv region).
According to the announcement in the information disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, the company received the corresponding notification of the acquisition of 50,686 shares with a par value of UAH 110 each in the amount of UAH 5.575 million (which is 89.7892% of the charter capital) from Kazanko on August 25.
According to the announcement, the highest price at which the shares were purchased during the last year is UAH 130 per share.
As reported, before that Kazanko did not own shares in Caris Rail Strila, and had no affiliates among its shareholders.
According to Youcontrol, Roman Kazanko is the founder, beneficiary or head of several companies in Brovary and Kyiv (in particular, for the production of radiators, supply of steam and the production of bodies for vehicles), also owns 10% of the charter capital of Arma Motors LLC (Kyiv), an official dealer of Renault in Ukraine, and Viking Motors, an official dealer of Volvo.
