Atomenergoprom net profit to IFRS up nearly fourfold in Q2, down 6.3% in H1
MOSCOW. Aug 26 (Interfax) – Rosatom subsidiary JSC Atomenergoprom saw net profit to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) increased 3.7-fold in Q2 2021 to 22.8 billion rubles compared with 6.1 billion rubles in the same period of the preceding year, the company said in its financial reporting.
Revenue in Q2 was up nearly 16% (hereinafter compared to the same period of 2020) to 225 billion rubles, while cost of sales increased 16.6% to 151.5 billion rubles and gross profit rose 14.3% to 73.5 billion rubles.
Atomenergoprom net profit in H1 was down 6.3% to 81.9 billion rubles.
Revenues were up 13.5% in the first half of the year to 431.5 billion rubles. Cost of sales stood at 269.9 billion rubles, up 13.5%, and gross profit rose 13.5% to 161.6 billion rubles.
As of June 30, 2021, the company’s long-term loans and borrowings totaled 209.5 billion rubles, while short-term loans and borrowings stood at 100.1 billion rubles.
