Danilov discusses security situation around Ukrainian borders with Defense Minister of Canada
KYIV. Nov 20 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC) Oleksiy Danilov during his visit to the Halifax Forum in Canada discussed the situation around the Ukrainian borders with Canadian Minister of National Defense Anita Anand, the NSDC press service reported.
According to the press release, as part of the forum, Danilov, Deputy Head of the President’s Office of Ukraine Roman Mashovets and Deputy Defense Minister of Ukraine Anatoliy Petrenko discussed the security situation around the Ukrainian borders with Minister of National Defense of Canada Anita Anand.
It is noted that the NSDC secretary will also take part in one of the sessions within the framework of the forum, which will last on November 19-21.
In addition, within the framework of his working visit, Danilov will also exchange views on the security situation in Ukraine and the world with the heads of the security agencies of the countries participating in the forum.
