Ukraine registers 7,866 new cases of COVID-19 in past 24 hours – Health Ministry
KYIV. Sept 23 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Ukraine has registered 7,866 new cases of COVID-19, as well as 2,305 recoveries and 123 deaths in the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian Health Ministry’s press service said in a statement on Thursday.
"Ukraine recorded 7,866 new cases of COVID-19 (including 667 children and 175 medical workers) over the past day, September 22, 2021. In the past 24 hours, 2,070 persons were hospitalized, 123 died, and 2,305 recovered," the ministry said on Telegram.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, Ukraine has seen a total of 2.370 million coronavirus infections, including 2.238 million recoveries and 55,284 deaths.
