InVenture investment company sells plant for processing nuts and seeds in Kyiv region for $2.45 mln
KYIV. Sept 27 (Interfax-Ukraine) – InVenture investment company (Kyiv) is looking for a buyer for a production and warehouse complex in Kyiv region for processing pumpkin seeds and walnuts for $2.45 million.
According to the website of the investment company, the plant is located 20 km from the capital, equipped with a line for processing up to 5 tonnes of walnuts per day, drying with a capacity of up to 40 tonnes/day, as well as equipment for washing, sizing, splitting, photo-separation of nuts. The plant also has an installed universal line for the production of pumpkin seeds Gökmen Akyürek (Turkey) with a capacity of up to 300 tonnes/month, equipped with a function for sorting seeds by size and color.
The warehouse of the enterprise allows to simultaneously store up to 1,000 tonnes of raw materials and up to 500 tonnes of finished products.
It is specified that together with the production and warehouse complex with a total area of 4,350 square meters, a land area of 1 hectare, where the company is located, is sold. The asset consists of the main production building with an area of 3,480 square meters, an administrative building (433 sq m), a warehouse (431 sq m) and a checkpoint (17 sq m).
The production is equipped with the main communications: water supply, sewerage and a 400 kW power grid.
The company has been operating for six years, since 2016.
InVenture clarified that the subject of the sale is 100% of the corporate rights of the legal entity that owns the plant.
