Verkhovna Rada holds monthly European integration meetings with ministers, President's Office – Stefanchuk
KYIV. Sept 26 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine holds monthly meetings with representatives of the Cabinet of Ministers and the Office of the President for the discussion of European integration bills and fulfilment of the requirements of the European Commission for Ukraine’s possible accession to the EU, Verkhovna Rada Chairman Ruslan Stefanchuk has said.
"We have weekly meetings with the participation of Deputy Prime Minister [for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration Olha Stefanishyna]. Once in a month, we hold a large meeting to which we invited numerous representatives of the Cabinet of Ministers, ministers, and the Office of the President in order to synchronize their watches with the parliament," he told an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent on Monday.
