Seized assets of enterprise from Rosneft structure worth UAH 24 mln transferred to ARMA

KYIV. Sept 7 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The funds of an enterprise set up by the Russian PJSC Rosneft Oil Company, seized on bank accounts, have been transferred to the management of Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA), according to the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine (PGO).

"At the request of the PGO, the seized funds in the amount of more than UAH 23.7 million were transferred to the management of ARMA. These are the funds seized on the bank accounts of an enterprise set up by the Russian PJSC Rosneft Oil Company, involved in financing the large-scale armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine," it said on the Telegram channel on Wednesday.

Investigators of the Main Investigations Department of the Security Service of Ukraine under the procedural guidance of the PGO conduct the pre-trial investigation proceedings on financing of actions committed with the aim of forcibly changing or overthrowing the constitutional order or seizing state power, changing the boundaries of the territory or state border of Ukraine (Part 4 of Article 110-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
