Zhydachiv pulp and paper mill increases production by 58% in Jan-Feb
KYIV. March 15 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Zhydachiv Pulp and Paper Mill (Lviv region) produced goods worth UAH 94.1 million in January-February, which is 57.9% more than the same indicator in the two months of 2022.
According to the statistics provided to Interfax-Ukraine by the UkrPapir association, in kind, the production of corrugated packaging more than doubled, to 3.5 million square meters.
In addition, the plant produced 2,350 tonnes of containerboard (2.1 times more) and 720 tonnes of paper (55.4% more).
The mill has annual paper production capacities (base paper for corrugating, cardboard liner, cover paper) of 43,000 tonnes, cardboard production – 50,000 tonnes, corrugated cardboard and corrugated packaging – 120 million square meters, cast containers (tray for 30 eggs) – 72 million pieces.
