Zelenskyy, Trudeau discuss Ukraine's further security needs
KYIV. April 4 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau discussed the situation at the front and Ukraine’s further security needs.
“I had a phone call with Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau. I thanked him for CAD 2.4 billion in aid to the Ukrainian budget and significant defense support. We discussed in detail the situation on the battlefield and further security needs of Ukraine,” Zelenskyy said on the Telegram channel Tuesday.
According to the President of Ukraine, they “discussed in detail the situation on the battlefield and further needs of Ukraine in the field of security.”
