Zelensky's press secretary confirms president will address parliament on Dec 1
KYIV. Nov 23 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The message of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky to the Verkhovna Rada about the internal and external situation of Ukraine will take place on December 1, press secretary of the head of state Serhiy Nykyforov has said.
"The traditional president’s address will take place on December 1," Nykyforov said in a comment to the Interfax-Ukraine news agency.
According to the Constitution of Ukraine, the President annually addresses the Verkhovna Rada with a message.
