Zelensky on talk with PM of Netherlands: I am grateful for willingness to continue working on strengthening Ukrainian air defense
KYIV. Jan 16 (Interfax-Ukraine) – President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky held a telephone conversation with Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte on Monday.
“It is my 2nd conversation with Dutch PM since the beginning of the year. I’m grateful to him for the willingness to continue working to strengthen Ukrainian air defense. We also talked about possible scenarios of the events at the front & our joint activities for the near future,” Zelensky said on Twitter.
Their previous telephone conversation took place on January 3 of this year. Then the interlocutors discussed the risks of escalation at the front and the defense needs of Ukraine for an adequate response to them.
