Zelensky not yet decided whether he will run for re-election as president of Ukraine
KYIV. Oct 4 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said that he has not yet decided whether he will run for a second term in office.
"I haven’t decided anything regarding the second term. I said before that I believe that we have fulfilled 30-35% of our program, as half of the term has passed. If we don’t work quickly enough, particularly the Verkhovna Rada, if they keep constantly telling us that it’s against the rules of procedure, we’ll never get it done. This doesn’t mean that if I get everything done in four years and a half, I will leave before my term has ended," Zelensky said at a press briefing in Truskavets following a meeting with the Servant of the People parliamentary faction on Sunday.
