Zelensky has not decided whether to run for reelection
KYIV. Nov 26 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said he has not decided whether or not to run for reelection, and everything will depend on Ukrainians’ support for him.
“I haven’t made that decision [whether to run for reelection] just yet. That decision will be linked to the format of a future coalition. That’s for sure. I’m not planning such a complex strategy for myself. That will depend on support for me, as a person, from the people of Ukraine,” Zelensky said during a press conference called 30 Questions for the Ukrainian President in Kyiv on Friday.
Zelensky said he would consult his children, “who are suffering because of my occupation,” before he makes a decision on running for reelection.
