Zaluzhny discusses operational situation at front with head of US Joint Chiefs of Staff

KYIV. Oct 6 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, General Valeriy Zaluzhny, on Thursday held a telephone conversation with chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the United States, General Mark Milley, during which the parties discussed the operational situation on the front line.
"During today’s telephone conversation with chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the United States, General Mark Milley, we discussed the operational situation, analyzing the offensive and defensive operations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine," Zaluzhny wrote on Telegram.
He clarified that at the moment the situation is "complicated, but fully controlled and developing according to our plan."
"We also checked the clock on the state of providing the Ukrainian army with weapons and equipment," the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces summed up.
