KYIV. Dec 19 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Head of the President’s Office of Ukraine Andriy Yermak discussed with US Assistant Secretary of State for Energy Resources Geoffrey R. Pyatt and US Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink assistance in restoring Ukraine’s energy infrastructure.
"Andriy Yermak discussed with Geoffrey Pyatt and Bridget Brink assistance in restoring Ukraine’s energy infrastructure," the press service of the President’s Office said on Friday.
The head of the President’s Office noted that Pyatt’s visit to Ukraine is especially relevant on the day when the country was subjected to another Russian missile attack.
"You can personally see the atmosphere in which we live, but at the same time we continue fighting," Yermak said.
On behalf of President Volodymyr Zelensky, he thanked the United States, President Joe Biden and Congress for supporting Ukraine.
