Ukraine is under martial law due to Russia’s aggression.

At 1000, a meeting of the National Commission for the State Regulation of electronic communications, radiofrequency spectrum and the provision of postal services will start in the form of open hearings.

At 1100, an online conference titled "Diagnosis and treatment of osteogenesis imperfecta in Ukraine" will start. The conference speakers include PhD, researcher at the Medical Center of the University of Amsterdam, European Association for Osteogenesis Imperfecta Lidia Zhytnik; pediatric orthopedist-traumatologist, Department of Pediatric Orthopedics State Institution "Sytenko Institute of Spine and Joint Pathology" of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine Yelyzaveta Katsalap; orthopedic surgeon of the Department of Pediatric Orthopedics of the State Institution "Sytenko Institute of Spine and Joint Pathology" of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine Serhiy Khmyzov; representative of the Health Ministry. At 1100, an online marathon of the Ukrainian Bar Association entitled "Business under martial law. Checkmate: annual result of operations with land" will start. Format: online discussion. At 1200, Razumkov Center along with the Representative Office of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom in Ukraine will hold an online professional discussion entitled "Socio-economic consequences of Russia’s aggression for Ukrainian society." Razumkov Center prepared an analytical report for the discussion, which will be presented at the event. Representatives of the authorities, civil society, scientific institutions, donor organizations are invited to participate. At 1400, a webinar entitled "End of the application period of the HQCJ competition: what to pay attention to the candidate" will start, dedicated to the competitive selection procedure and the requirements for preparing documents. Organizer is Competition Commission for the selection of candidates for the positions of members of the High Qualification Commission of Judges (HQCJ) together with the Ukrainian Women Lawyers Association. Event moderator is Supreme Court Judge, President of the NGO Ukrainian Women Lawyers Association Nadia Stefanov.
