Volume of tax amnesty exceeds UAH 4.5 bln
KYIV. Aug 26 (Interfax-Ukraine) – As of August 25, the total amount of amnestied assets reached UAH 4.526 billion, and the amount collected to the budget amounted to UAH 269.2 million, head of the parliamentary committee on finance, taxation and customs policy Danylo Hetmantsev said.
According to his data published on Telegram, a total of 479 declarations were submitted, on average – for UAH 9.4 million each, or about $236,000 at the current exchange rate, and the payment rate to the budget is 5.95%.
According to the State Tax Service, as of July 20, the total amount of amnestied assets reached UAH 4 billion, and the amount collected to the budget amounted to UAH 241.7 million.
Earlier, as of July 5, the service reported about UAH 3.7 billion of amnestied funds, and on March 10 – about UAH 3.25 billion.
