Vaccinated Ukrainians not to be taxed for UAH 1,000 – Shmyhal
KYIV. Nov 17 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal says that taxes will not be charged on UAH 1,000, which will be paid to vaccinated Ukrainians.
"There will be no taxes on this UAH 1,000. These funds will not in any way affect the receipt of the subsidy," Shmyhal said at a government meeting on Wednesday.
According to the prime minister, these funds will be paid to virtual payment cards through Diia, and they can be spent on purchasing tickets to a cinema, theater, concert, sports and travel around Ukraine by train or plane.
"Approximately 6,000 business entities across the country will be able to take part in the program," he said.
