Unvaccinated employees of Kyiv Regional State Administration suspended from work – Volodin
KYIV. Nov 9 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Head of Kyiv Regional State Administration Vasyl Volodin signed an order to suspend unvaccinated employees of the regional state administration from work without pay.
"From November 8, unvaccinated employees of a number of authorities and education should be suspended from work without pay. Kyiv Regional State Administration also belongs to such institutions, I signed a relevant order," Volodin said at a briefing on Tuesday.
As for the incidence rates of coronavirus in the region, the head of the Regional State Administration said that over the past day 905 new cases of COVID-19 were recorded, of which 50 were children, and 348 residents of the region recovered, 31 people died.
Currently, more than 2,000 patients are inpatient treatment, and the occupancy of beds is almost 62%.
According to Volodin, 678,000 people were vaccinated against COVID-19 in the region, and 462,000 people went through the full cycle of vaccination.
