Unknown assailant opens fire on premises of Perm University, there are casualties
PERM. Sept 20 (Interfax) – Shots have been fired on the premises of Perm State University, and there are casualties, a source with the ambulance service told Interfax.
"An unknown person has broken into the premises of Perm State University and opened fire on students and teachers. People have been killed and injured," the source said.
People are trying to leave the premises, and some of them are jumping out of windows.
