Ukrzaliznytsia, recruiting agency sign agreement for selection of new UZ management for almost UAH 4 mln
KYIV. Aug 31 (Interfax-Ukraine) – On August 25, the branch Service Support Center JSC Ukrzaliznytsia (UZ), following the results of tenders, concluded two agreements with the recruiting agency Executive Search Ukraine for the selection of executive personnel for a total amount of UAH 3.9 million.
According to data in the Prozorro system, two tenders were announced in total. In the first of them, the procurement subject was services for the search and selection of candidates for the positions of the chairman, his deputies and members of the board of UZ. The expected cost was UAH 3 million. Executive Search Ukraine offered a price of UAH 2 million.
Under the second agreement, the tender provides for services to ensure the selection of candidates for the positions of four independent members of the company’s supervisory board. The expected purchase price was UAH 3.6 million. Executive Search Ukraine offered a price of UAH 1.9 million.
Candidates must be selected by 2022.
The Executive Search Ukraine company was registered in Ukraine in 2015 (Kyiv). It belongs to the Latvian agency Executive Search Baltics and is part of the Amrop recruiting network (office opened in Kyiv in 2006). The ultimate beneficiaries of the Executive Search Ukraine agency are its director Viesturs Lieģis and Aiga Avotina.
