Ukrenergo warns of suspension of work of contact center for technical reasons
KYIV. Oct 11 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The operator of the electricity transmission system Ukrenergo reported on technical reasons due to which the phones of its contact center are temporarily out of service, asking to contact with questions by e-mail.
"The telephones of the contact center of Ukrenergo are temporarily out of service for technical reasons. We are doing our best to resume their work as soon as possible," the company said on its Telegram channel on Tuesday.
According to the message, any questions regarding the operation of the electricity market and other activities of Ukrenergo can be received by sending an email to [email protected].
