Ukrainian soldier wounded as result of shelling of positions of Armed Forces of Ukraine in Donbas – Pivnich task force
KYIV. Aug 30 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Russia-led forces in Donbas again opened fire on positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the zone of the Joint Forces operation, the press service of the Pivnich (North) task force reported.
"On August 29 at about 2:00 pm, the armed formations of the Russian Federation once again fired at the positions of the defenders of Ukraine in the zone of responsibility of the Pivnich (North) task force."
It is reported that the soldier received medical assistance and was evacuated to a medical institution. The serviceman’s health is satisfactory.
"The actions of the armed formations of the Russian Federation were reported to the OSCE representatives through the Ukrainian side of the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of ceasefire issues and stabilization of the delimitation line," the press service of the Pivnich (North) task force said.
