Ukrainian, Slovak, Hungarian border guards discuss ways to increase capacity of checkpoints in Zakarpattia
KYIV. Sept 16 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The capacity of the Uzhgorod, Luzhanka, Vylok checkpoints will be increased and the Velyka Palad checkpoint will be reconstructed.
The delegations from Ukraine, Slovakia and Hungary discussed these prospects during a meeting, the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine said on the Telegram channel.
"This autumn the Slovak border guards will receive two mobile scanners that will increase the capacity by 30%. The Velyka Palad-Nagyhodos checkpoint on the border with Hungary will be improved. This will become an additional way to Europe," it said.
