Ukrainian-Azerbaijani joint intergovt commission on economic cooperation to hold meeting in early 2022 – Zelensky

KYIV. Jan 14 (Interfax-Ukraine) – A meeting of the joint intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation of Ukraine and Azerbaijan will be held in the first half of 2022, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has said.

“In the first half of the year, we agreed to hold a meeting of the joint intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation. The next step is to organize a meeting of the Council of Presidents of Ukraine and Azerbaijan,” Zelensky said at a joint press conference with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in Kyiv on Friday.

In turn, Aliyev expressed confidence that new decisions would be made in the coming months, ahead of the next meeting of the intergovernmental commission.
