Ukrainian army shoots down four Russian kamikaze drones, one Su-25 attack aircraft – Pivden Air Command
KYIV. Sept 23 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Ukrainian Air Defense Forces shot down four Russia’s Iranian-made kamikaze drones and one Su-25 attack aircraft in the southern direction, the Pivden (South) Air Command reported on Friday.
"On September 23, in the period from 17.00 to 18.00, the forces and means of air defense of the Pivden Air Command shot down four enemy kamikaze drones Shahed-136 of Iranian production, which the Russian occupying forces tried to attack Odesa with," the report says. .
It notes that at about 18.00, in Beryslav district of Kherson region, a Russian Su-25 attack aircraft was also shot down.
