Ukrainian alpinist dies in accident in Georgia
KYIV. Sept 6 (Interfax-Ukraine) – In Georgia, as a result of an accident, Ukrainian climber Petro Borys died, who climbed Mount Tetnuldi ( White Gueen Mountain) in Upper Svaneti region, the press service of Plast – Ukrainian Scouting organization reported on Facebook.
"We are deeply saddened to inform of the death of Plast member Petro Borys. We express our sincere condolences to his wife Yuliana Borys, relatives and friends," the organization said.
It is noted that Borys was a member of the Siromantsi kuren and an active participant in events and camps.
