Ukraine registers 2,075 new cases of COVID-19 in past 24 hours
KYIV. Sept 1 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Ukraine has registered 2,075 new cases of COVID-19 and 44 deaths in the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian Health Ministry’s press service said on Wednesday.
"Ukraine reported 2,075 new cases of COVID-19 (including 153 children and 52 medical workers) over the past day, August 31, 2021. In the past 24 hours, 874 persons were hospitalized, 44 died, and 925 recovered," the ministry said on Telegram.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, Ukraine has seen a total of 2,288,371 cases of COVID-19, including 2,208,865 recoveries and 53,833 deaths.
