Ukraine attentively watching every step of Iran concerning military, technical cooperation with Russia – Kuleba
KYIV. Dec 6 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Ukraine watches every step of Iran concerning its military and technical cooperation with Russia, a clear signal was sent to Iran about negative consequences of drone and other weapon supplies to Russia, Foreign Minister of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba has said.
"We are working on Iran, let’s say, on all fronts. Our message to them [Iran] was clear. Firstly, you must stop, otherwise you will face a range of the most challenging problems. Secondly, no matter what advantages cooperation with Russia gives you from sale of drones or other weapons, negative consequences will overweight any positive consequences," the minister told a press briefing on Tuesday.
The minister stressed that Ukraine attentively watches every step of Iran concerning its military and technical cooperation with Russia.
"All rational arguments say that this cooperation must be stopped. We’ll see what the final decision of Teheran will be, and we will act respectively," he said.
