U.S. embassy to Belarus announces personnel reduction
MINSK. Aug 31 (Interfax) – The U.S. embassy to Belarus has announced a personnel reduction.
"For the second time in three months, U.S. diplomats today had to depart Belarus because of the regime’s unfortunate decision to limit engagement and dialogue," the embassy said on Facebook on Tuesday.
The Belarusian Foreign Ministry suggested capping personnel of the U.S. embassy in Minsk to five persons before September 1.
