Two Ukrainian sailors die in Bangladesh – media
KYIV. Oct 4 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Two Ukrainian sailors died on a dry cargo ship that arrived from Egypt to Bangladesh, Ukrainian Pravda has reported, citing local media outlets.
"According to local sources, on September 30, two Ukrainian sailors aboard the AP ASTAREA dry cargo ship docked at the Chittagong berth died one after another for no apparent reason or illness," the source website says.
It says that the cause of their deaths has not been definitively established. According to local doctors, the cause of death of one of the sailors, most likely, was a heart attack. At the same time, it is noted that the deceased sailors did not have symptoms of coronavirus.
Earlier, a cargo ship flying the flag of the Marshall Islands arrived at anchorage in Chittagong (Bangladesh) from Egypt on 19 September.
