Ukraine is under martial law due to Russia’s aggression.
At 0900, the Third Ukraine-Japan Forum “Responsible Partnership. Ukraine and Japan in the Context of Russia’s War” will start. Organizer is the New Europe Center. During the event, analysts and academics from Japan and Ukraine will discuss issues related to the broader security environment in which both countries are operating today, as well as bilateral relations in the context of the ongoing Russia’s war in Ukraine. Specialists of the Center of Political and Legal Reform will present a draft concept of parliamentary reform that reflects a public vision of the parliamentary governance of a future Ukraine. The event will bring together public activists, representatives of organizations, experts, and citizens of Ukraine willing to join the development of parliamentarism.
