At 1300, the signing of a memorandum of cooperation between the Department of Construction and Housing of the executive body of the Kyiv City State Administration, the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture, the State Innovative Financial and Credit Institution and the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine will start.
