Transmagistral insurer plans to increase charter capital by almost 3.9 times

KYIV. March 29 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The shareholders of JSC Transmagistral (Kyiv) at a meeting scheduled for April 28 will consider the issue of increasing charter capital by UAH 35.650 million through an additional issue of shares – up to UAH 48 million.

According to the information disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission regarding the draft decisions of the upcoming meeting of the company’s shareholders, it is planned to sell 3.565 million shares with a nominal value of UAH 10.

In addition, it is planned not to use the shareholder’s pre-emptive right to purchase additional shares in the process of their placement.

According to Transmagistral, its assets for 2022 grew by 33.7%, to UAH 64.676 million, equity capital by 6.1%, to UAH 43.939 million, cash and cash equivalents by 30.4%, to UAH 61.903 million

Retained earnings for the year halved – to UAH 3.414 million, net profit – was down by 2.6 times, to UAH 2.535 million.

Current liabilities fell by 27%, to UAH 2.378 million, while long-term liabilities increased 2.3 times, to UAH 18.463 million.

Transmagistral, registered in 2003, specializes in providing services in the field of risk insurance.

According to the company’s website, PJSC Ukrtransnafta owns 59.181% of its charter capital, Ukrtransnafta Corporate Fund – 11.303%, the trade union organization of the Prydniprovski Trunk Oil Pipelines branch of Ukrtransnafta – 19.822%.

The charter capital of the company is UAH 12.350 million.
