Ukraine is under martial law due to Russia’s aggression.

At 0930, a roundtable talk on the subject: "Entrance Exam for Ukraine: What Can We do to Implement EU Recommendations?" will start. Organizer is the Reanimation Package of Reforms. At 1000, the 3rd Forum on Migration Law will start in Zoom. During the event, it is planned to discuss many problematic issues, in particular, the protection of the rights of Ukrainian citizens who are forced to stay abroad as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation, challenges and methods of assistance for internally displaced persons, and problematic issues of legalization of foreigners in Ukraine. At 1100, the International Conference "Human Rights in Dark Times" will start at the Maidan Nezalezhnosti Subway Station. The event is dedicated to the 74th anniversary of the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Organizer is the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner on Human Rights jointly with the Office of the President of Ukraine and the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine. Participants: President of the International Ombudsman Institute (IOI), Australian Ombudsman Chris Field, European Union’s Special Representative for Human Rights Eamon Gilmore, Prosecutor General of Ukraine Andriy Kostin, Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Kostin, and others.
