Three regions cross 50% mark of vaccinated against COVID-19 with at least one dose – Liashko
KYIV. Dec 8 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Three regions have already passed the mark of 50% of those vaccinated against COVID-19 with at least one dose.
This is the city of Kyiv, where more than 67% were vaccinated with the first dose, Kyiv region with more than 55% and Poltavska region with almost 52% of vaccinated people, Health Minister Viktor Liashko said at a briefing on Wednesday.
Dnipro region with 47% and Cherkasy region with 49% are close to this indicator.
At the same time, according to Liashko, 50% of the mark with a full course of vaccination today has been overcome only in the city of Kyiv, where more than 65% of Kyiv residents have already received two vaccinations.
Kyiv region is close to this indicator, with almost 49%.
