There are practically no criminal cases against doctors for fake vaccination certificates – Radutsky
KYIV. Nov 1 (Interfax-Ukraine) – There are practically no criminal cases opened against doctors for fake vaccination certificates, chairman of the parliamentary committee for the nation’s health, medical assistance and medical insurance Mykhailo Radutsky said.
"Of the 800 criminal cases that were opened by the National Police or the Security Service of Ukraine on fake vaccination certificates, there is one nurse is in Odesa region. All the rest of the defendants are the Internet and various swindlers," he said on the sidelines of the Savik Shuster’s Freedom of Speech talk show on Friday.
He also noted that the COVID-19 certificate is "a document, a very important document."
"There is responsibility for forging a passport, why there can be no responsibility for forging a COVID certificate or a PCR test. People who falsify a COVID certificate or a PCR test endanger other people. This is a crime," he said.
Radutsky said that "both the one who made the forgery and the one who used the forged document, must bear responsibility."
