There are emergency power outages throughout Dnipropetrovsk region, water utilities de-energized
KYIV. Nov 23 (Interfax-Ukraine) – There are emergency power outages and water supply shortages throughout Dnipropetrovsk region, said head of the Regional Military Administration Valentyn Reznichenko.
"The Russians’ missiles hit the country’s energy infrastructure. Due to a sharp decrease in the voltage in the network, emergency power outages occurred throughout the region. Water utilities are also de-energized. There are water supply shortages," Reznichenko said on the Telegram channel on Wednesday.
According to him, all services are working in the region.
