TAS insurer increases net premiums by 1.3%, to UAH 2.343 bln, in 2022
KYIV. Jan 25 (Interfax-Ukraine) – TAS Insurance Group (Kyiv) attracted UAH 2.343 billion of net insurance premiums in 2022, which is 1.3% more than the corresponding figure a year earlier, according to the company’s website.
At the same time, it is specified that under land transport insurance contracts (KASKO), the company collected UAH 500.89 million of insurance premiums, which is 21.38% of the total net income of the insurer for the year. For OSAGO insurance, the volume of collected premiums amounted to UAH 846.95 million (36.15%), and for Green Card policies they increased by 89% compared to 2021 – to UAH 438.57 million (18.72%).
Under voluntary medical insurance contracts, TAS collected UAH 263.8 million of net insurance premiums in 2022, while the share of this type of insurance in the company’s portfolio amounted to 11.26%.
In turn, UAH 63.22 million of net premiums were collected under property insurance agreements, and UAH 229.46 million – under other insurance agreements.
