Strikes on eight places of invaders’ concentration, their equipment inflicted in past 24 hours – AFU General Staff
KYIV. Nov 7 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The aviation of the Defense Forces carried out nine strikes on the positions of the Russian occupiers during the day, according to the operational information on the Russian invasion at 18:00, published on the Facebook page of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Monday.
"Six areas of concentration of manpower, weapons and military equipment, as well as three positions of enemy air defense systems were hit. Air defense units shot down an enemy Su-25 aircraft," the report says.
In addition, the servicemen of the Ukrainian rocket forces and artillery hit four control points, two areas of concentration of manpower, weapons and military equipment of the occupiers, as well as their ammunition depot during current day.
According to updated information, on the night of November 6 of this year, the fuel reserves of the occupiers were destroyed in the town of Hola Prystan of Kherson region, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said.
"The enemy is trying to hold the temporarily occupied territories, focusing efforts on deterring the actions of the defense forces in certain areas. It conducts offensive actions in Bakhmut, Avdiyivka and Novopavlivka directions," the summary says.
