KYIV. Oct 5 (Interfax-Ukraine) – First Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ruslan Stefanchuk prematurely closed the plenary session of the parliament on Tuesday, October 4, due to the lack of an agreed agenda.
